Credits meter what you use, so collections are never capped. One credit covers about 1,000 words of AI processing, and uploading a document costs 5 credits. Free includes 100 credits a month, Field Starter 5,000, and Intelligence Pro 50,000 per member.
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrading from Free to Field Starter is a single checkout; moving to Intelligence Pro means creating a team workspace and subscribing it per member. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.

Payments are processed securely by Paddle, our merchant of record. All major credit and debit cards and PayPal are accepted; Enterprise plans can pay by bank transfer. All prices are in EUR and exclude VAT.
